As one of the World’s largest retail chains, surely they can manage to round up a few laptop right? A quick call to a Brooklyn based Target yielded some results. According to the sales rep, they do indeed have a new shipment of Apple Powerbook G4 17 inch laptop battery in stock, but he wouldn’t say which models and made the point that customers would need to explicitly ask for a battery as they will not be displaying them out on the floor.
